Refunds, Exchanges & Shipping

Our products are made for living and adventuring well, if you’re not entirely happy with an item, we are able to return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

All returns must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received. Once we have received the item at our workshop, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

If you are hoping to exchange an item, please email us at [email protected] and include the order number, what you are returning, and the product(s) or size(s) you would like to exchange for. Items for exchange must be unworn and in the same condition as you received them.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges. If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping processing times and costs

Shipping order processing is completed within 36 hours. Shipping type is determined by the customer at checkout with appropriate costs as dictated by market pricing via shipping company rates. Orders are picked up via Canada Post Tues/Fridays for regular ship, expedited shipping is ordered immediately upon processing. UPS is picked up on demand.
